If you are not happy with the designs produced?

There is nothing that we hate more than an unhappy customers so please let us know the moment you are feeling this way. We won't take it to heart, so please be as honest as possible. We do our very best to create designs that match your brief but if you feel as though we haven't forfilled your requests outlined BEFORE the commencement of the job, you are not obliged to pay for work done. However, if you don't go ahead you can NOT use the designs or any variation of the designs produced as they still belong to Killer Aesthetic until payment occurs. If you do use the designs without payment, as they still belong to Killer Aesthetic, it will be regarded as plagiarism and we have the right to take the case to court. 

Force majeure cases?

Killer Aesthetic shall not be liable for any failure or delay in supply or delivery of products/services where such failure or delay is wholly or partly due to any cause or circumstances whatsoever outside the reasonable control of Killer Aesthetic including but not limited to war, strikes, lockouts, industrial disputes or unrest, government restrictions or transport delays, fire, power outages, failure attributable to suppliers, breakdown of plant, theft, vandalism, riots, civil commotions, accidents of any kind or act of terrorism.

Colour Variations in Printing?

 With all full colour printing there may be some colour variations from what you have seen on screen, to what the final product looks like, and previous orders. This is due to the nature of CMYK printing and bulk-run printing system. There will be no reprints at the expense of Killer Aesthetic. If you require colour accuracy we suggest using pantone colours. 

We want Photography / Detailed Illustrations on the business cards?

Our standard business card package is priced for client who already have images and written content and they just need a designer to rearrange it in a way that is easy to read, fits with the rest of their branding and appeals to their cliental. We can help with any other requests you have, but it will be charged on top of our standard package.


Extra Tips from our team

Timing for save the dates 

Design process should begin 6+ months before your wedding date. Mail 4–5 months before your wedding date. If you are having a destination wedding we recommend sending out Save the Dates a year in advance to allow guests time to secure rooms and make travel arrangements.

Timing for Wedding invitations. 

Design process should begin 3+ months before your wedding date. Mail 8–10 weeks before your wedding if you have sent out a Save the Date, and 8–10 weeks if you have not. If you have many international addresses, we recommend that you mail invitations 10+ weeks before your wedding date.

 

Colour Scheme

Your colour scheme should not only reflect your personal tastes, but also should be repeated in all your design elements (ie welcome sign, table numbers etc). It should also mirror the rooms interior design and the colours of your bride-maid's dress. 

Final Approval

Please check, double check and even triple check the spelling on your submission. We do our best to spot errors but we will not take responsible for errors occurred after printing your project.
